Refund Policy
7-day refund window
The Pickt. Playbook Card is a one-time $29 purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refundable situations
- The playbook was not delivered (generation failed after all retries).
- The playbook content is empty or structurally incomplete.
- You were charged twice for the same playbook.
- You simply changed your mind within the 7-day window.
Non-refundable situations
- The 7-day window has expired.
- The playbook was delivered and matches the described format (archetype + matched creators + patterns + 30-day plan + borrowable ideas), but you disagree with the strategic advice.
How to request a refund
Email support@pickt.work with:
- Your order number (from your receipt email or the success page).
- A brief reason (helps us improve).
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via our payment provider (Waffo Pancake, merchant of record). The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Merchant of record
Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for Pickt. transactions. Tax handling and payment processing are managed by Waffo Pancake on our behalf.
