Scope
This policy applies to: your quiz prompts (answers), the AI-generated playbook content, and your account behavior while using Pickt.
Prohibited content
Do not use Pickt. to plan, produce, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of your audience.
- Contains sexually explicit material, adult content, or content harmful to minors.
- Constitutes deepfakes, impersonation, or synthetic media intended to deceive.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents).
- Is deliberately misleading, fraudulent, or designed to cause harm.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups.
AI-generated content
Pickt. playbooks are generated by AI (Qwen via Bailian) based on curated public creator data and your quiz answers. We apply the following content moderation measures:
- Mechanical evidence gates: every factual claim in your playbook must carry an evidence tag ([E-90d-measured], [E-public-linked], [inferred], or [estimated]). Claims without tags are rejected and regenerated.
- Fact closure verification: numbers and statistics must originate from the curated input data. Fabricated statistics are detected and rejected before delivery.
- Creator closure: the AI cannot reference creators outside the matched set, preventing hallucinated collaborations or associations.
Prohibited account behavior
- Automated bulk quiz submissions (rate limited to 10 per IP per minute).
- Attempting to circumvent the payment system or access paid content without purchasing.
- Using the service to build tools that compete with Pickt. using our generated content as training data.
- Reselling or redistributing generated playbooks without written permission.
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access to purchased content. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
Reporting
Report violations or concerning generated content to support@pickt.work. We review all reports.
